Many.... and I mean, MANY people ask us about the build out at The Camp in Costa Mesa. Is it for real? Yes. It is for real. We broke ground Tuesday 10-6-9. And, we anticipate opening before Thanksgiving holiday season.....yea.... two months behind schedule.

Well, we can say, "All you can eat", but this is not the case. In one instance, we had a customer eat 19 tacos!!! But, we do allot on the average 6-9 tacos per guest.

While we do NOT consider ourselves "salespeople", rather; Event Coordinators. We try and ensure the customer "gets" what they need, versus, trying to cram a bunch of extras down your wallet.

Its all the same.... So many posers follow us..... After a great weekend with plenty of satisfied customers of our ORIGINAL recipes and great customer service... we are now on our way of creating a MOBILE TACO mobile trailer..... In other words..... a mobile taco truck....

Our only regret, selling our old carts to people, who try and imitate us..... ahhh.... What a nice compliment.

As a word of advice; always insist the company with whom you decide to hire, is A. Insured, B. Licensed, C. Owns a "bonafide" catering kitchen. According to our history, Rasta Taco prices can always be beat. There is always someone running their program out of their garage, thus making their prices cheaper. Ewww. Even though we do own our own "carneceria" (deli), our prices still can beat. So, buyer beware. Our product, and our Taco Carts are simply; the BEST. With an "A" Rating with the BBB, we have no problem saying no to customers who want a "cheap" product.

Our Carts

All of our Mobile Taco Carts are designed and manufactured by Rasta Taco. I believe, Rasta Taco is the only company who can make that claim. All of our Mobile Taco Carts are made with 100% stainless steel. Not only is the choice of any kitchen, but provides a sanitary "cart" each time it leaves our licensed kitchen.
